Statement of Intent

The undersigned organisation hereby expresses its intent to engage with astute industries Pte. Ltd. in connection with the proposed WRI, as indicated below. Please tick all that apply.

Participate as a pilot user — We are willing to participate as an early pilot organisation in the WRI assessment upon completion of development, providing access to relevant operations and personnel to validate the tool's effectiveness.

Adopt as an ongoing benchmarking tool — We intend to formally evaluate and, subject to satisfactory results from the pilot, adopt the WRI as a recurring operational readiness benchmarking tool across our warehouse or intralogistics operations.

Provide structured feedback during development — We are willing to contribute to the design and refinement of the WRI by sharing operational context, domain priorities, and user feedback during the development phase.

Use WRI outputs for investment planning — We anticipate using WRI assessment outputs to inform and justify internal investment decisions in automation, technology, and workforce capability improvements.

Adopt WRI as a client diagnostic tool — We intend to evaluate and potentially integrate the WRI into our pre-sales or consulting workflow as a standardised diagnostic to assess a prospective client's warehouse or intralogistics readiness before recommending solutions.

Integrate into service or solution methodology — We intend to explore incorporating the WRI into our service delivery or solution design methodology, using it to structure gap analysis, prioritise recommendations, and justify proposed deployments to clients.

Explore joint go-to-market partnership — We are open to discussing a formal partnership arrangement with astute industries Pte. Ltd. to jointly offer or promote the WRI to our client base or prospect network.

Contribute industry or technical expertise — We are willing to contribute domain expertise, technical knowledge, or market access to support the development and validation of the WRI.

Support funding applications — We express support for astute industries Pte. Ltd.'s applications for government/institutional grants and funding to develop the WRI, and are willing to provide a reference letter or endorsement in connection with such applications.

Promote WRI to member organisations or sector — Subject to successful development of the WRI, we intend to promote awareness and adoption of the WRI among our member organisations, partners, or the sector constituencies we serve.

Facilitate industry engagement and pilot access — We are willing to facilitate introductions or connections to relevant industry stakeholders, operators, or organisations that may participate in the WRI pilot programme.

Align WRI to sector initiatives or programmes — We see potential to align the WRI with existing sector development programmes, workforce initiatives, or productivity frameworks under our purview, and are open to exploring such integration with astute industries Pte. Ltd.
